Intellectual Property Policy for Learning Quests

At Learning Re-Engineered, I deeply value creativity, originality, and integrity. The Learning Quests™ experience, along with our content, visuals, and curriculum, was carefully designed to spark growth and confidence in young learners. This policy explains how my intellectual property may (and may not) be used to ensure my mission remains protected.

1. Ownership of Content

All content published by Learning Re-Engineered, including but not limited to text, lessons, activity names, stories, skill icons, video tutorials, downloadable materials, images, and Learning Quests™ environments, is the intellectual property of Learning Re-Engineered and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or modify any part of my materials without explicit written permission, unless expressly permitted under this policy.

2. Trademarks and Brand Assets

The names Learning Quests™, Learning Re-Engineered, and related logos, skill path labels, and visual branding are proprietary brand identifiers of Learning Re-Engineered. These are protected under common law trademark rights, and I am actively pursuing formal trademark registration.

You may not use my brand names or logos in any way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without my written consent.

3. Acceptable Use of Content

You may view, download, or print materials from our website for personal use or non-commercial educational purposes as long as you:

▪️ Credit Learning Re-Engineered as the source

▪️ Do not alter the materials in a way that misrepresents the brand or content

▪️ Do not resell, repackage, or use the content in commercial products or services

If you’re an educator or nonprofit organization interested in using my content with your students or community, I encourage you to contact me to explore licensing options or partnerships.

4. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

▪️ Share content publicly or inside other learning platforms without permission
▪️ Modify my games, images, videos, or PDFs and claim them as your own

▪️Sell, resell, or license my materials under your own name or business

▪️Extract ideas from my proprietary curriculum structure for competing commercial use

▪️Use my brand names or likeness in your own product names or marketing

5. Reporting Infringement and Misuse

If you believe your intellectual property is being used on my platform without authorization, please email me with the following:

▪️ Your name and contact info
▪️A clear description of your original work
▪️ The location (URL or page) where the alleged violation appears
▪️ A signed statement affirming that the information provided is accurate and you have the legal right to submit the complaint.

6. Consequences of Infringement

I reserve the right to pursue legal action, including removal of access, issuing cease and desist notices, or seeking damages, if my intellectual property is misused or infringed.

I may also revoke access to any of my materials, products, or memberships without refund in cases of confirmed policy violation.

7. Ongoing Protection and Updates

This Intellectual Property Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in my business, legal requirements, or digital offerings. Any updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
